HDFC Bank Whatsapp Banking
Apart from the traditional customer care solutions, HDFC has recently also started providing assistance and support to its customers through Whatsapp. Some of the services that can be availed of by HDFC credit cardholders via Whatsapp banking include-
- checking credit card outstanding balance.
- checking the number of Reward Points earned.
- checking the credit limit currently available on the credit card.
How to activate Whatsapp Banking?
To activate Whatsapp Banking on your HDFC account-
- Save the number 7065970659 on your smartphone and send “SUB“.
- Now begin chatting with the Whatsapp bot by sending “Hi“.
You can always deactivate Whatsapp Banking on your account by simply sending “UNSUB” to the same number.

HDFC credit card customers can submit queries related to the application fee, card blocking, Priority Pass, Samsung Pay, card statements, etc. through the contact us page by following the below-mentioned steps-
- Step 1: Choose “Credit Cards” from the product/service drop-down menu.
- Step2: Select the type of query you want to contact the bank for- for example, annual, fee, application-related, card blocking, Priority Pass, etc. in the next two drop-down menus.
- Step 3: A dialog box asking whether you are satisfied with the bank’s service will appear. Click/tap on No, if you want to submit your query.
- Step 4: A form asking for additional details regarding your query will appear. Fill in the form and click/tap on Submit at the bottom of the screen. Your query is now submitted to the bank.
